Our services that cater for aluminium and steel constructed units include:

• Assessments & cleaning - pump and screen (to check for contaminants), chemical clean internally and externally, air/hydrostatic test.
• Internal inspection without surgery and guesswork - using an endoscope for vision of internals, is a method that is quick and efficient.
• Decontamination - by removal of one or both header tanks to access and clean-out internals.
• Repairs - minor and major; block off leaking tubes, re-weld tube to header joints, frame and damage repairs.
• Modifications - design and carry out improvements to original construction to lengthen the life of the cooler or to alter existing unit.
• De-watering - all units are oven dried and pre-lubricated to prevent corrosion when units are to be stored for long periods.
• *Re-cores - can supply and fit new cores to suit most coolers, alternatively can supply a complete new unit where required.
