Industrial/Plant Heat Exchangers

TASOCS specialise in "tube and shell" heat exchangers, up to 500 mm diameter and up to six metres long.

The Welshpool factory workshop is fully equipped for the assessment, cleaning and testing of heat exchangers. It includes facilities for repairs and modifications by welding, soldering, silver brazing, single or full tube replacement, or complete fabrication.

Tube replacements, re-builds, re-cores and fabrication can be completed within minimal time frame due to the extensive range of raw materials on hand. The selection of raw materials (certified) caters for the many different applications in which heat exchangers are used.

TASOCS also exclusively manufacture a marine-grade oil cooler range named Saltmaster. Designed for underground mining applications, the Saltmaster replaces products such as the Bowman FG120. The Saltmaster will outlast all comparable products creating a reliable and economical investment.
