TASOCS PTY LTD considers that care for the environment is paramount in conducting business and is committed to environmental sustainability, improvement and prevention of pollution.

Our business objective is to use resources efficiently, minimise waste and the likelihood of accidental discharges of pollutants, maintain a safe, healthy working environment in which staff, visitors, subcontractors, suppliers and the general public are not exposed to unreasonable hazards.

TASOCS environmental objectives are:

  • Adhering to the requirements of our accreditation to ISO14001- Environmental”
  • Conducting our business in accordance with environmental legislation, regulations and codes of practice:
  • Encourage and support environmental responsibility among all employees through training, education and communication.
  • Identify and manage environmental risks within our operation and apply best practice principles to the prevention of pollution.
  • Recycling of components (or parts of)
  • Consider refurbishment before manufacture
  • Reduce long term manufacturing of raw material requirements
  • Limit the use of national / international transport requirements
  • Assisting where possible, government agencies and community groups engaged in environmental activities
  • Measure and monitor environmental performances including setting, assessing and reviewing objectives and targets.
