Tube & Shell

TASOCS is one of the few remaining service providers that still manufacture small to medium Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers up to 600 mm diameter and 6 metres long for every application from design and verification to client approval within Australia.

All other units can be custom made to order within a minimal time frame utilising the extensive range of raw materials in stock at TASOCS Western Australian warehouse and factory facilities.

TASOCS manufacture marine grade heat exchangers & oil coolers to suit underground mining equipment; large & small work vessels and recreational pleasure craft.

TASOCS manufacturing provide many benefits to our clients, one of which is the Roller Expanded Tube to Tubeplate Joints; this prevents one of the main cause of failure occurring. In standard OEM units, the tubes are joined by using soft-solder, this typically corrodes away until leakage occurs. TASOCS Roller Expanded Tubes ensures reliability.

TASOCS provide a diverse range of oil coolers which are available for exchange to suit Caterpillar, Cummings, Komatsu, Bowman, Mercruiser, MTU, Detroit & Volvo including universal oil coolers for both fresh and abrasive water conditions.
