Engineering Reliability for Over 40 Years
Since the mid-1980s, TASOCS has been locally manufacturing oil coolers to suit Caterpillar equipment in Western Australia. Through decades of innovative research and careful refinement, we are proud to offer a quality Australian designed and built alternative to OEM. Forty years on, our very first customer still relies on TASOCS oil coolers, proof that true reliability is forged through experience, not marketing.
Our Multi-Life Oil Cooler® range is built on a modular design concept, carefully adapted to meet the unique requirements of Caterpillar equipment. We have addressed critical issues such as thermal expansion, heat spikes, vibration, reliability and ongoing costs, resulting in a design that outperforms traditional coolers.
TASOCS servicing ensures maximum service life each time. Each TASOCS cooler is tracked by serial number, allowing us to maintain a complete service history for every unit.
Offered as Service Exchange or Outright sale, TASOCS Multi-Life Oil Coolers® can offer substantial cost savings, making them ideal for scheduled component maintenance programs. Their advanced hybrid design and superior reliability minimises downtime, reduces maintenance costs, and enhances overall efficiency.

TASOCS offer our Multi-Life Oil Coolers® as pre-assembled Cooler Groups or "modules" on an outright or exchange basis. These are a popular option with brake & transmission Cooler Groups for 797F and 793F trucks (others also available). Additionally, we offer new replacement Water Bonnets, at costs that rival refurbished bonnets.

The Multi-Life Oil Cooler® range covers most Caterpillar shell & tube type coolers (typically engine, brake, hydraulic, steering and transmission). Popular equipment we manufacture for include CAT 797F , 793F, 793D, 793C, 789, 785, 777, D9, D10, D11, D10T2, 992, 993 994 and most other models.​​
