Saltmaster® range for underground mining.
Conquer Corrosion. Crush Downtime.

The TASOCS Saltmaster range delivers superior cooling solutions for Sandvik Jumbo and other underground mining equipment operating where harsh, saline water conditions exist. For sites facing extreme pressure spikes, the Saltmaster HP model provides enhanced protection and reliability.

Engineered and made in Western Australia, TASOCS Saltmaster® coolers deliver a superior alternative to OEM units commonly used in Sandvik Jumbo drills. Our locally developed hybrid design tackles the inherent weaknesses of OEM oil coolers, ensuring durability and reliability in harsh underground conditions.

Through close collaboration with leading underground mining companies, TASOCS has eliminated major failure points and created a proven solution that is the benchmark for performance and longevity.

Stop paying for failure. Upgrade to Saltmaster®.

TASOCS Saltmaster® High Pressure (HP) models feature 2 x “O” rings and a tell tale ring at each end that eliminates cross contamination issues when high-pressure water spiking occurs. Water is safely vented to atmosphere via the tell tale ring, protecting critical hydraulic systems.

TASOCS Saltmaster® range features upgraded, corrosion-resistant material for all components.

Aluminium shell that typically corrodes of the “o” ring lands.
CuNi tubes
Soft soldered tube to tubesheets joints typically corrode and ultimately fail. Soft solder has a weak resistance to salinity and abrasive water conditions.

Only viable option is to replace tube bundle

Soft solder deteriorates not only in operating conditions but also during chemical cleaning processes.
